We offer a range of vehicles sized to fit your group — from classic stretch limousines (6–10 passengers) to spacious limo buses (14–30 passengers). All prom vehicles feature plush leather seating, premium sound systems, LED lighting, and climate control for maximum comfort throughout the night.
How far in advance should I book a prom limo on Long Island? Prom season is our busiest time of year. We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and date. Popular prom weekends in May and June fill up quickly, especially for Saturday nights. Early booking also locks in your rate.
Are the chauffeurs background-checked and licensed? Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs are fully licensed, insured, and have undergone thorough background checks. How early should I book for prom?+
Book by late winter for spring proms. Long Island prom weekends fill up fast across every operator, and the most popular vehicles (stretch limousines and party buses) typically go first. We can usually accommodate later requests with sedans and SUVs, but vehicle choice narrows quickly after March.
Can the chauffeur make multiple stops?+
Yes. Most prom nights include a stop at the house for photos, drop-off at the venue, and a coordinated pickup at the end of the night. Additional stops (a dinner reservation, a friend's house) can be planned in advance for a small extra charge.
Do you allow alcohol in the vehicle?+
No. Town and Country chauffeurs operate prom bookings under strict no-alcohol terms for passengers under 21. Bringing alcohol into the vehicle ends the booking immediately with no refund and may be reported to the parent who booked the ride.
What vehicles are available for prom?+
Sedans and executive SUVs are available year-round through our owned fleet. Stretch limousines and party buses are coordinated through trusted Long Island affiliates and reserved on a first-come basis for the prom season.
Can parents pay and book on behalf of their child?+
Yes; this is the most common arrangement. Parents call the office, share pickup and venue details, and pay by card. The chauffeur is briefed before the night, and parents can stay in touch with our dispatcher during the trip.
Is gratuity included?+
A standard 18 to 20 percent gratuity is built into our prom flat rate so students do not need to handle tipping. Additional gratuity is welcome but not expected.
